Head Injury

This picture is old, but it proves Lightning and Thunder have been around for a while. I'll look for some Farley photos later.

I didn't think it was possible, but I hit my head on my external fixator today. It was the last part of my body that I thought was at risk from my satellite dish. As it turns out, it's one of the easiest to hit.

Because I dropped something under the couch, I was obligated to conduct a search in order not to look like a fool for losing something without ever moving.

As I bent down rather quickly, my forehead stabbed one of my deadly tibia pins. While I almost passed out in agony, my Aunt Kathy almost passed out from laughing so hard.

Like I said, my Aunt Kathy saw the whole thing go down. What I find interesting is she didn't say anything to prevent it from happening.

It was almost as if she wanted to laugh until she cried.

  1. I realized now that your mother not only is a carrier for color blindness but has also passed on a dork gene. My son got that gene evidently, just like his uncle Tony. How does Brooke put up with you?

  2. Hey Tony - I thought it was your ankle we were supposed to worry about... Did not realize your head was in jeopardy as well. Oh dear... Hang tough!
