Here's an initial look at my new hardware.
When we take the bandages off in a few days we can get a better view.
I have four small wires though the foot, two small wires through the leg, and two large half screws in the tibia.

If this one fails and you go for amputation or fusion, instead see if they can fit your foot on backwards like they did for this kid.
