I am on week 3 pos...How long were you on pain meds? I am on week 3 post fixator. This is my second ankle fixator, and it looks just like your second. I also have ankle arthritis, a teeny nonunion near my ankle, and one in my arm. I have hardware everywhere in my body (arm, pelvis, rod in other leg) and previously had a pelvic fixator as well.<br /><br />Anyway, I am at the meds cutoff point and I am not ready. Ugh. This happened with my arm. Three weeks seems really early for everything we go through.
